I will provide you with the knowledge that is relevant and important for your mentoring.

The content and format of mentor coaching:

• The eight core competencies for coachesMeaning, content, implementation in coaching.
• ICF Ethic Standards (Code of Ethics).
• Individual feedback on your coaching sessions.
• Feedback by peers.
• Certificate for the Portfolio Path Credentialing Process at ICF.
• Important: The group size is limited to five participants.

Current dates for group mentoring (seven hours):

• Friday, 13.06.2025, 11.00 – 12.00h
• Friday, 11.07.2025, 10.00 – 12.00h
• Friday, 08.08.2025, 10.00 – 12.00h
• Friday, 12.09.2025, 10.00 – 12.00h

Appointments for individual mentoring are organised by individual agreement.
