The Challenge For You as a Manager: What First Impression do I Convey?

As the saying goes, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. But what is the first impression that I actually make? Do I have a clear profile that I communicate? Or is there maybe a completely different impression of me? Do I possibly even have a blind spot that I didn't even know about?
We will address these exciting questions in this course. Regardless of which area you work in or whether you just want to find out for yourself, we will use scientific tools to find out what your first impression is.

In the group, we will also work on expressing your first impressions in words and communicating with others in an appreciative way. This training will help you to manage first impressions in both your professional and private life, i.e. to recognise and constructively question them.
