My career journey has been marked by numerous significant professional transformations, including

  • moving into my first leadership role at 23,
  • studying both Business Administration and Textile Engineering,
  • holding diverse job roles,
  • embarking on international assignments across various sectors, and
  • changing career paths.

Thus, I possess firsthand experience of substantial shifts as a leader and also as a team member: Ranging from reorganisations, over the implementation of profound new working methods and tools, to changing the job completely.

More than ever, navigating through change also includes acknowledging and managing emotions: I am very well aware of the questions, concerns, and anxieties that employees and leaders may encounter during periods of transformation and reorganisation.

My extensive experience in change enables me to guide you and your teams through such transitions with a straightforward, strategic, and empathetic approach, fostering resilience and ensuring successful adaptation.

Growing up in the border triangle of Germany, France and Switzerland, I have experienced interculturality as a living reality since childhood. These formative years have sharpened my eye for different perspectives and deeply rooted my openness to other cultures.

My professional career has taken me to China and Finland, among other places. There, I experienced on a daily basis how cultural differences influence cooperation – and how valuable it is to build bridges where boundaries are initially apparent. These experiences have deepened my sensitivity to the subtle nuances of human interaction and shown me how cultural diversity can become a real competitive advantage.

Today, I support executives and teams in developing precisely this strength:respecting cultural differences and actively using them for successful collaboration. Where do my mission, principles & values come from?

Since the beginning of my professional career, I have experienced myself - and also seen with others - what it is like when you have to solve your individual challenges and questions all by yourself. This is due, for example, to the fact that you have no one in your own network or organisation to whom you can turn with trust and openness.

When a coachee carves out time for coaching with me despite their busy schedule, I want to make sure that this time is invested best. That's why my client's goal is the only priority for every session: the flexible, individual process guarantees to get the most out of the session.

In my work with C-Level people, leaders, teams and high potentials, I support them to achieve their goals - and to sustain these results over time.
I support my coachees in understanding how their behaviour affects their goal achievement, and provide them with the appropriate tools in the coaching process to achieve their goals.
