The ICF defines Mentor Coaching as

„ICF defines mentor coaching as a collaborative process where coaches receive feedback based on observed sessions to refine their skills and style in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. Mentor coaches have their own set of competencies to help guide their work with you, so you can ensure that the experience is grounded in evidence-based practice.“.

  • Comprehensive ICF PCC Marker Assessor Training – v2.00,
  • ICF PCC Marker Assessor Follow-up Training – v2.00,
  • ICF ACC BARS Assessor Training,
  • ICF Global Knowledge Community,
  • as well as Member of the ICF Germany mentor group,

I will provide you with the knowledge that is relevant and important for your mentoring.

 

The content and format of mentor coaching:

  • The eight core competencies for coaches: meaning, content, implementation in coaching.
  • ICF Ethic Standards (Code of Ethics).
  • Individual feedback on your coaching sessions.
  • Feedback by peers.
  • Certificate for the Portfolio Path Credentialing Process at ICF.
  • Important: The group size is limited to five participants.

 

Current dates for group mentoring (seven hours):

  • Samstag, 13.09.2025, 10.00 – 11.00 Uhr
  • Saturday, 18.10.2025, 10.00 – 12.00h
  • Saturday, 22.11.2025, 10.00 – 12.00h
  • Samstag, 13.12.2025, 10.00 – 12.00 Uhr

 

Appointments for individual mentoring are organised by individual agreement.
