• ICF-certified coaches also receive CCE Credits in Core Competencies as well as Resource Development for all courses.

The content and format of mentor coaching:

• The eight core competencies for coaches: meaning, content, implementation in coaching.
• ICF Ethic Standards (Code of Ethics).
• Individual feedback on your coaching sessions.
• Feedback by peers.
• Certificate for the Portfolio Path Credentialing Process at ICF.
• Important: The group size is limited to five participants.
